My name is Laura Greene, the designer and creator behind Love + Laura. I have a lifelong passion for art and design in all mediums. After designing and developing my own invitations for my wedding at the Ever After Farms Flower Barn, I knew I wanted to share my creation with other brides. I am looking forward to connecting with you and getting to know your love story. Together, we will make your wedding vision come true!
About the Artist
Art and design has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am a doodler at heart, with big ideas and dreams to incorporate creativity into everyday living. I have a passion for creating new and unique art pieces, with hopes to always give back and make people smile.
I'm based in Fort Myers, Florida, and my heart is split between the white sandy beaches with blue-green gulf waters, and the big comfy couch with my big comfy orange cat. I have experience in nearly every medium of art, and sometimes it's hard to choose a favorite. During the pandemic, I found myself up for the challenge of mastering digital art, since going out of the house for art supplies was a bit more challenging than it should have been. Several software programs, a lot of patience, and a few years later, I'm proud of how far I've come and genuinely enjoy the process of transforming a blank white screen into something beautiful.
I believe that art can tell a story, and I cannot wait to help share yours. This business is a safe space for all love, no matter what color, spirituality, or sexuality. Your love should be celebrated and treasured for a lifetime. I had recently visited my grandparents on a trip to Upstate New York, and got to see their own wedding invitations from 67(!) years ago. What a gift, I thought, to be able to have a simple piece of paper last as a memory for a lifetime of love. These are the stories I hope to be a part of someday, when you are able to cherish your exquisite wedding stationary for generations to come.
